Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best possible service. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of the package delivery time. After this period, we regret that we are unable to process any refund requests.

  2. Return of Goods:
    To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be sent back to our warehouse in their original condition. The items should be unused, unopened, and with any original tags attached. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and includes all accessories, if applicable.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:
    The following items are not eligible for refunds:

    • Final sale items
    • Personalized or custom goods
    • Gift cards
    • Tickets to classes, events, and experiences
  4. Return Shipping Costs:
    The client must pay for the cost of the return shipping label. However, if the product is defective or arrives broken, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please take a picture of the item and include it with your refund request. This helps us process your request more efficiently.

  6. Processing Your Refund:
    Refunds are processed twice per month. Refund requests made between the 1st and 15th of the month will be processed on the 18th of the month. For requests made between the 16th and the last day of the month, refunds will be processed on the 3rd day of the following month. Once the refund is processed, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 days from the processing date.

  7. Customer Responsibility:
    Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned package is properly packaged and shipped back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  8. Exceptions:
    Certain items may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
